Application
Application of 8838 AZ HACCP IR + Pt 100 Thermometer:
The 8838 AZ HACCP thermometeris designed to combine non-contact IR thermometer and a RTD penetration probe to
enable both surface and internal temperatures measurement. Its timer and temperature zone indication make the
meter particularly helpful in conducting a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) program. The HACCP is a
preventative approach to food safety used at all stages of food production and preparation processes.
The 8838 AZ digital cooking thermometerhas flip RTD (Pt100) external temperature probe, which could provide the
accurate measuring result and insert to the meat or other solid target easily. For the semi-solid (ex:steak, meat or
other foods) or solution target, the RTD probe also could stir the target to make the temperature equilibrium. User
also can use its IR infrared temperature sensor to point the high temperature target to get the value safely. The
illumination beam can be seen highlighting the measurement area.
The AZ8838 digital Kitchen thermometeris designed by follow HACCP principle with the water proof IP65 function,
which would be the best tool for the food safety tracking and controlling purpose. It could be applied for the food
