Free from glue and other chemicals in cardboard this provides a cleaner smoke that is less of an irritant to bees. Also known as
jute burlap. When working your bees it's important to have a smoker that works for an extended amount of time. A key element to making sure your smoker works long enough is to use the right smoker fuel. Some smoker fuels are better than others. From our experience burlap is one of the best types of fuel to use in smokers. Not only is it easy to light and get going with smoke but it will stay lit and provide smoker for a longer period of time.
- Materials:Natural Hessian
Each piece of burlap is approximately size 300cmx12cm.
One piece will allow for at least 4 to 5 sessions of working your bees.
